Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Dairy)

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
 
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Vegan)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 can light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup ice (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. 
  2. Add more liquid if too thick, or pumpkin puree or another 1/2 a banana if too thin!
