Buffalo Style
  • 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce, plus more for serving
  • ½ package Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, taste

 

Garlic Parmesan
  • 1/2 lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, taste

 

Maple Roasted
  • ½ lb brussel sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix each of the sauces in a large bowl of its own
  3. Toss ½ lb of brussel sprouts in each sauce
  4. Put each type of brussel sprout on their own tray and roast until crispy, about 25 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
